Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pair with my partner?

After creating your profile, you'll see a 6-character invite code on the pairing screen. Share that code with your partner. They tap "Join with code", enter it, and you're connected. Real-time sync starts immediately.

How do I switch themes?

Go to Settings (the gear icon) and toggle between Indie Pixel Game and Cozy Journal at any time. The switch is instant and only affects your device — your partner can use a different theme.

How does the points system work?

When you complete a goal, the points assigned to that goal are added to your total. The scoreboard on the Dashboard updates in real-time for both partners. At the end of a competition cycle, the partner with more points wins and picks a reward!

Can I change my avatar?

Yes — go to Settings → Edit Profile and choose from the available avatars. Pixel-style and Cozy-style avatars are available depending on your current theme.

My Google Sign-In isn't working.

Make sure you have an active internet connection and the latest version of the app installed. If the issue persists, try signing out of Google on your device and signing back in, then retry. If it still fails, email us with your device model and Android version.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email us at nicolas@tinttechhub.com with the subject line "Delete my account" and we'll permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.

I found a bug — how do I report it?

Email us a description of what happened, what you expected, and your device/OS version. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful. We read and act on every report.

Is the App available on iOS?

iOS support is coming soon! The Android version is live on Google Play now. Follow us or check back here for the App Store launch announcement.
