• Email address (via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In)
• Profile avatar selection
• A unique invite/pairing code used to link with your partner

App Usage Data

As you use the App, we store:

• Goals and tasks you create, including titles, descriptions, categories, point values, and completion status
• Reward wishlist items you create
• Points totals and competition cycle history
• Theme preference (Pixel or Cozy)

Automatically Collected Information

• Crash reports: Anonymous crash and error data collected via Firebase Crashlytics to help us fix bugs
• Analytics: Aggregated, non-personally-identifiable usage events (e.g., screens visited, features used) via Firebase Analytics
• Advertising: The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalised ads, subject to your device's ad tracking settings and any consent you provide

• To create and maintain your account
• To sync your data in real-time with your paired partner's device
• To display your goals, points, and rewards within the App
• To diagnose crashes and improve app stability
• To understand how features are used and prioritise improvements

3. Data Sharing

Your personal data is shared only with your linked partner within the App. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore, hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure in the EU (europe-west1 region). Access is controlled by Firestore Security Rules — only you and your paired partner can read or write your couple's data. Firebase App Check is enabled to prevent unauthorised access from non-genuine app installations.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at the email below and we will process your request within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of personalised advertising (via your device settings)
